2. Products and Services

Digital Products (DIY Kits): These are downloadable templates and resources provided in editable formats (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Canva links).

Done For You Services (DFY): Customised sponsorship strategies and documents created specifically for your needs.

Other Services: Marketing, communications, and content services provided on a case-by-case basis.

    All products and services are provided digitally — no physical goods are shipped.

    3. Pricing and Payment

    • Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
    • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., PayFast, Stripe, PayPal). By purchasing, you agree to their terms as well.
    • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

    4. Delivery

    • Digital products are delivered via instant download or email link after successful payment.
    • For DFY and Other Services, delivery timelines will be agreed upon in writing.

    5. Refunds and Cancellations

    • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable.
    • DFY and Other Services: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds (if any) will depend on the stage of work completed.
    • If you experience technical issues accessing your files, we will ensure you receive the correct download.

    6. Use of Products

    • Our products are provided for your personal or organisational use only.
    • You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our templates, kits, or services without written permission.

    7. Intellectual Property

    • All content on yakstack.co, including templates, documents, designs, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Yakstack.
    • Purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    • Our products and services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific sponsorship outcomes.
    • To the extent permitted by South African law, Yakstack is not liable for any loss, damages, or claims arising from your use of our products or services.

    9. Privacy and Data Protection

    • We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
    • Personal data collected during purchases (e.g., name, email, billing info) will only be used to provide products, communicate with you, and comply with legal requirements.
    • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
